Venue
- By Air: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is situated at about 15 km from the Conference Centre. It can be easily reached from abroad with 26 Airline companies offering 69 international destinations in 2024. Major international hubs as Roissy Paris-Charles de Gaulle, London Heathrow, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfort… can be reached in less than 2 h time.
Bus Shuttles from the airport are available every 20 min to reach Toulouse. It reaches Metro Line B – Compans Cafarelli station in about 20min. Here is a recap of mains available solutions to leave the airport using public transport.
- By Train: Direct trains from Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Paris, etc. are available to reach Toulouse. From Paris Montparnasse 1&2 to Toulouse Matabiau, services depart five times a day, and operate every day. The journey takes approximately 4 h 20 min.
Toulouse Matabiau railway station is deserved by Metro line A run by Tisséo company. Connection to Metro Line B is at Jean Jaures station (which is also at walking distance from the railway station).
- By Metro run by Tisséo company: The conference is organized at 300 m from Paul Sabatier Station of Metro Line B. There are two metro lines in Toulouse (Lines A and B – see map).
NOTE FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES:
For authors who need to apply for a VISA well in advance, they can request an official invitation letter to the TPC Chair after the abstract acceptance. This possibility, however, does not represent a tacit acceptance of the final paper.
Conference site
Auditorium: Plenary lectures will be given at auditorium Marthe Condat, which is situated in the main hall of the Paul Sabatier University.
Space in the building hall are available for breaks and lunches
Accommodation
Hotels: Any Hotel situated near Metro line B are convenient to join the conference.
Please book your hotel in advance if it is possible, as many events will occur in Toulouse at the same period it might become quite difficult to find an accommodation in the city centre.
